Vancouver’s Moderne Burger Serves Up Simple Perfection
A great burger and fries — what could be better?
The secret to Moderne Burger‘s success can be summed up in two words: simplicity and style. With its sea-foam booths and art moderne decor, the retro diner has been a burger haven in Vancouver’s Kitsilano community since 2001. The menu is straightforward — burgers, fries, soft drinks and shakes — made with only the finest and freshest ingredients.

There are four burger choices: Steak Moderne, Pacific Salmon, Veggie and the Santa Fe-seasoned Turkey Burger. The burgers are hand-made, preservative- and binder-free, with no seasoning or filler. Sourdough buns are baked in-house daily, and the fries are so fresh they’re only cut once you’ve placed your order.
